Kovarik Recognized by the Minnesota Legislature

Our SWCD Manager Holly Kovarik was formally recognized by the Minnesota Legislature in an official resolution honoring her achievement as the 2025 Outstanding SWCD Administrator Award recipient selected by the Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources. This recognition was presented to her yesterday during the Minnesota Association of Soil and Water Conservation District State Legislative Days, where several of our board members and staff had the opportunity to meet with legislators and share local conservation priorities.

Holly’s award highlights her exceptional leadership, dedication to conservation, and long standing commitment to supporting landowners and strengthening resource management efforts across the region. Congratulations on this achievement and recognition Holly!
